Student & Enthusiast Membership

Student members can begin their membership journey upon embarking on their learning journey. When applying for the Student Enthusiast Membership, they are required to provide information about the courses they are undertaking and the name of their training institute. It is expected that Student Members upgrade to Professional Affiliate Membership within two years of joining or promptly after completing their studies.

For those interested solely in Chinese Metaphysics and participating in our social events, entry at this level is also available through the application form.

Upgrading to Professional Affiliate membership

This represents our foundational membership tier. Professional Affiliate Members are established Feng Shui Practitioners who have successfully completed their courses of study and are actively engaged in the industry, providing Feng Shui consultations and serving clients. Our association welcomes practitioners from diverse schools and modalities of Feng Shui. As official voting members of AFSC®, Professional Affiliate Members enjoy exclusive access to the Members Area.

accreditation application for Master or Practitioner membership

Accredited Practitioner

An AFSC® Accredited Feng Shui Practitioner represents the pinnacle of our Professional Affiliate Membership tier, demonstrating a dedicated commitment to advanced Feng Shui study and active participation in our Continuing Professional Development program. It's imperative that practitioners adhere to Traditional Feng Shui principles, as this forms the foundation of Higher Learning within our association.

Applicants must possess a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Feng Shui consulting and have conducted a minimum of 50 consultations, whether paid or unpaid. (Please note that AFSC® reserves the right to request client details and consultation dates at any stage of the application process.)

Accredited Feng Shui Consultants enjoy a range of benefits and responsibilities within AFSC®, including participation in our CPD Programme, which ensures continuous skill enhancement through annual training and development. To apply for accreditation, practitioners must accumulate a minimum of 30 CPD points and submit a non-refundable application fee, in addition to the membership fee.

During the application process, practitioners may be asked to provide evidence of completed case studies across various contexts such as residential and commercial audits, including land and building assessments, existing residences, apartment high-rise units, retail shops, and corporate offices. Applications will be meticulously reviewed and approved by committee members and the Board of Examiners.

Accredited Master

AFSC® Accredited Feng Shui Practitioners who have actively engaged in our CPD program for a minimum of 12 months and demonstrated a decade of industry experience as Feng Shui consultants are eligible to pursue the esteemed status of AFSC® Accredited Feng Shui Master. This represents the pinnacle of membership within our association.

To attain this prestigious designation, applicants must successfully complete a rigorous evaluation process, including written and/or oral examinations, as well as an interview with the Board of Examiners. Practitioners may also be required to submit three to four completed case studies across various settings, such as residential and commercial audits encompassing land and building assessments, existing residences, apartment high-rise units, retail shops, and corporate offices.

Applications will be meticulously reviewed and approved by committee members and the Board of Examiners. Additionally, applicants are required to submit a non-refundable application fee in addition to the membership fee.

As a Training Institute, you have the opportunity to apply for recognition as a preferred instructor or training institute within our community. Alternatively, you can join us as a Training Institute Member, gaining accreditation upon meeting certain basic requirements. This membership entitles you to have your training business listed, with promotional options available on our calendar program. Additionally, we offer promotional support through newsletters, social media, publications, and website articles authored by you. Utilizing the AFSC® logo on your website and publications can further enhance visibility and instill confidence in your students, knowing they have the support of an esteemed association committed to their professional advancement.

Furthermore, students who enroll in your institute will receive heightened recognition from AFSC®. However, for the issuance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points, recognition by our association is a prerequisite. Notably, AFSC® offers complimentary membership to Training Institutes that include Feng Shui-related training in their syllabus, contingent upon their referral of 10 new Students or Professional Affiliate Members to AFSC® annually from the second year of membership.
